El Rancho de las Golondrinas Day Trip

Earlier this summer, The Rancho Viejo Ladies Group met at El Rancho de las Golondrinas for a short tour and picnic lunch.

Now a living history museum, this colonial outpost was strategically located on the Camino Real.

It was a paraje, an official stop for travelers that offered shade and rest for those who needed it.

We highly recommend everyone experience this awesome place of local history if you’re ever in the Santa Fe area.
