Here at HOAMCO, we love to celebrate our long-term client relationships, and on February 19, we did just that. As our partnership reached its 20th year with the Canyon Mesa Townhouse Association, we were honored to host the residents of the very first homeowners association nestled in the beautiful red-rock backdrop of Sedona to engage HOAMCO as its manager.
Many homeowners attended the reception, held at Country Club in the Village of Oak Creek, another HOAMCO-managed property. Deb Brewer and Nancy Shelley of HOAMCO helped stage the event, which was awash in such delightful edibles as chicken cordon blue bites, spinach and artichoke wontons, and sausage-stuffed mushrooms as well as trays flowing over with assorted cheeses, fruits and vegetables, all of which was catered by the Country Club’s new restaurant.
HOAMCO CEO, Justin Scott, along with Lisa Lehman, Canyon Mesa’s longtime onsite manager, greeted the guests as they arrived. A fixture since 2001 and highly regarded by Canyon Mesa homeowners, Lisa is simply one in a long line of success stories featuring HOAMCO and the residents of Canyon Mesa. Later in the evening Justin reminisced about his first years with the Association, and thanked the many owners who served on the Board over the years. Guests were entertained throughout the night by Canyon Mesa homeowner, Lew Turano, on the keyboard, several of whom joined Lew, singing along with the music.
Lisa reported that many, if not all, of those present at the event continue to discuss what a hit the anniversary celebration was and how much they appreciated the recognition by HOAMCO. But how could we not show these longtime friends and clients how grateful we are to them for affording us the pleasure of serving their needs over these past two decades. We look forward to our next 20 years with this amazing community.
