Last year we renewed 100% our client service agreements, fueling our quest to exceed expectations with all of our clients, all of the time. It compelled us to strengthen our infrastructure exponentially. We added a high-tech VoIP phone system linking all HOAMCO offices. We secured Caliber, the most advanced accounting and property management software on the market, giving all clients—board members and homeowners alike—real-time access to information 24/7 as well as the ability to perform many tasks from home computers.
Along with clients, HOAMCO places great importance on the value of employees, who in turn, take great care of clients. Moreover, our in-house resources are broadening, as exhibited by our newly expanded social media and marketing department now staffed by a young, energetic creative team.
